That’s a tough question – if I have all the knowledge in the world, can’t I work out how to save myself and stay alive with all the new stuff that I know? 🙂
If I really couldn’t save myself, I would try to write down the answers to some of science’s biggest questions (like “why is there no antimatter in the universe?”, “what is dark matter?” and “is there life on other planets?”) so that other scientists could take over after I’m gone!
What a tough question… I think I would try my best to explain to world leaders, scientists and the public how to get the cheapest and cleanest form of energy. Not only would that help reduce carbon emissions and potentially save the planet from disastrous climate change, but it would lessen the risk of war and conflict that is driven by access to energy resources. It wouldn’t prevent war over religious and idealogical differences though, sadly.
