I would live in Geneva (Switzerland) and continue working at CERN! There is so much amazing research going on there at the moment.

Since 2008, CERN have operated the world’s most powerful particle accelerator, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Scientists are using the LHC to learn about the most basic building blocks of our universe. CERN is also the only place in the world where we can trap antimatter, and try to measure its properties in detail.

I used to live in Geneva too, working at CERN. I applied for a fellowship last year that gives me enough funds to carry out my own research for 5 years at the University of Liverpool. I started in April this year, so I am now half a year into it and I would have to say that this is the dream for me! I am very lucky to be successful in my choice and I am working on my dream project!

Australia. I loved it living down there. The only problem is that it’s far from friends and family.
