      Hi there! I became a scientist by doing exactly what you’re doing right now – trying my best to get good GCSEs and A-levels, and then going off to university to study physics.

      That might sound like a lot of hard work, but if there’s a part of science that you’re really interested in, it can be super-rewarding to follow your curiosity and find out more. As an added bonus, going to university is an amazing experience that gives you loads of opportunities to meet new people and try new things!
